We don’t really have much of a philosophy here. We basically buy the wines that we like and try to sell them to restaurants, retailers, and distributors that also like them. I know that sounds over simplistic, but the issue is that there isn’t really one winemaking philosophy that necessarily leads to good wine.
In general however, we work with wines that are grown organically and are made with minimal intervention. We work with many wines that are made without any additions at all.
In the end, we are simply a conduit between wine producers and their consumers. It is the curiosity of wine drinkers that allows us to buy the wines that we do, and we are very appreciative of that. So thank you!
