Zev Rovine Selections began in 2007 with the aim of working closely with winemakers who farm organically and biodynamically & vinify with as little intervention as possible.
The wines in our portfolio come from across France, Italy, Austria, Spain, and the Middle East. Made by people committed to sustainable agriculture and traditional methods that let the vineyard speak for itself.
We seek out wines that are transparent, expressive, and rooted in place, building long-term relationships with growers who share these values.
Our hope is to help bring these wines, and the stories behind them, closer to the people who drink them.
