Domaine Rivaton

Frederic Rivaton

In Latour de France, Frederic Rivaton created in 2004 Domaine Rivaton and he built a solid reputation for himself in the natural wine world. He works very hard to bring the best possible grapes from is 12 hectares of old vineyards. In the cellar, of course the indigenous yeasts are the only ones at work for the fermentation in 15 to 30 HL concrete tanks, with minimum intervention, fully respectful of the pure expression of his terroir. Fred Rivaton’s wine have a wide range of characters, from maximum drinkability to deeper and more full body cuvées.
