Winemaking: 50% of grapes macerated in layers of whole clusters and de-stemmed grapes for 2 weeks, fermentation finished in fiberglass tank. other 50% machine de-stemmed and direct pressed in a basket press, fermented in clayver amphoras and flextank eggs. two fermentations blended in summer.
