Vineyard: Királyleányka, Rhine Riesling and Hárslevelü — in Barabás, old vines planted in the 70’s, volcanic rhyolite base soil, clay, loam topsoil, picked together as a field blend. Furmint — in Mád in Tokaj, from collaboration partner, Hintós and Dancka vineyards, 20-30 year old vines, volcanic andesite and rhyolite tuff.
Farming: certified organic
Harvest: by hand
Winemaking: 2022 – field blend partly whole cluster fermentation  in egg shaped fermenter, partly destemmed maceration for 5 days in harvest containers, punch downs, basket press, fermentation finished in fiberglass. Furmint destemmed, 2 weeks on the skins, punch downs, basket press. 2021 – 5 day maceration in open casks, destemmed, fermentation in stainless steel
