Winemaking: 
a blend of two earlier wines. first – direct press Marquette, fermented cool over whole clusters of Petite Pearl for 3 weeks, bladder pressed and aged in tank since 2021. second – 2 week semi-carbonic Petite Pearl, pressed as a nouveau style. the two wines were blended spring 2023 and canned early fall 2023.
